HOW THE STD TESTING PROCESS WORKS:

STEP 1: ORDERING YOUR STD TESTING PANEL

Call our office to speak to one of our highly trained STD Testing counselors to explain your situation and let them help you evaluate your risk factors and the need for STD Testing. STD Testing is an uncomfortable topic for most, but our caring counselors will take all of the time needed to discuss your options and help provide you with the STD Testing package that will give you the peace of mind that this difficult time calls for.
We have doctors on staff in all 50 states to order STD Testing panels and evaluate the results for every single client. We are a full service STD Testing facility so all pre and post counseling along with sending you a copy of your results is included in the cost.
The doctor in your area will send his STD Testing orders to your local lab which will allow you to have your STD Testing completed, so all that you have to do is show up for your STD Testing at the time that you choose.

STEP 2: GOING TO THE LAB TO GIVE SAMPLES FOR YOUR STD TESTING

When you arrive at your local facility, we will have already taken care of everything for you. All paperwork will be filled and the doctor’s orders will be at the front desk. You simply let the person at the front desk know that you are there to have samples collected, and they will immediately take you to a room in the back to collect the samples. The whole process at the lab usually takes around 15-20 minutes.

STEP 3: GETTING THE RESULTS OF YOUR STD TESTING

You don’t have to go back to the lab to get your results when you are testing with us. We can give you the results of each test directly over the phone. We have a direct link with the laboratory for all STD Testing results. As soon as a sample has been tested for each particular test, we have immediate access to the results. Most of the results will be available the following day, but everything is usually processed by the end of the second or third business day. This is about a third of the time that it would take for STD Testing results through your general practitioner or through a local clinic.
